1. Eligibility
To use AdditCare, you must be:

Health benefit cards with loyalty, rewards, and cashback Appointment booking across partnered hospitals, diagnostics, and clinics Access to preventive health plans, wellness services, and expert consultations We are not a medical provider and do not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. 3. Use of the Platform
You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes, and not to:
Engage in fraudulent or misleading activities Attempt unauthorized access to the Platform or associated systems Impersonate any person or entity Upload viruses or malicious code We reserve the right to restrict or terminate your access for any violation of these Terms.

4. User Account
To access certain features, you may be required to register and create an account. You agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information Maintain confidentiality of your login credentials Notify us of unauthorized access to your account You are responsible for all activities under your account.

5. Health Card and Loyalty Benefits
AdditCare offers a digital Health Benefit Card that includes:
Discounts at partnered healthcare providers Loyalty rewards and cashback on repeat visits Preventive health checkup and wellness benefits Terms of each offer, eligibility, and cashback thresholds are defined within the Platform. Benefits are non-transferable and may change without prior notice.

6. Appointments and Booking Services
Users may book appointments with partner hospitals, clinics, and diagnostic centers through AdditCare. We are not liable for:
Appointment availability or delays Service quality or behaviour of third-party providers Cancellations due to unforeseen reasons at the provider's end AdditCare may send reminders and manage digital queues to enhance your experience.

7. Third-Party Partners
AdditCare partners with verified healthcare providers to deliver services. However: We do not control the clinical practices or administrative operations of these providers Users are encouraged to perform their own due diligence We are not liable for treatment outcomes or third-party policies.

8. Payments and Refunds
You may be required to pay for premium services, subscriptions, or value-added features. All payments are processed securely via third-party gateways Refunds, if applicable, will follow AdditCare’s refund policy available on the Platform Charges once paid for subscription plans are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated

9. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and proprietary information on the Platform are owned or licensed by AdditCare. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or exploit our content for commercial use without written permission.

10. Privacy Policy
By using AdditCare, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as outlined in our Privacy Policy. We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality and security of your information.

11. Limitation of Liability
AdditCare shall not be held liable for:

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurugram, India.
