AdditCare Refund & Cancellation Policy Effective Date: 22 May 2025

1. General Policy AdditCare is committed to delivering services with transparency and fairness. This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to all users engaging in paid healthcare services, including consultations, loyalty program subscriptions, and diagnostic packages.

2. Appointment-Based Services
- Additicare do not collect any fee or do not charge money while scheduling an appointment. 12 hours before the scheduled appointment will receive a full refund.
- Appointments related refunds are on the sole discretion of the Hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centres and Additcare is not liable for any such refunds or cancellations.

3. Subscription Services
- Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually based on plan.
- Refunds for subscription cancellation are not applicable after the billing cycle has started.
- In case of system errors or double charges, refunds will be processed within 7 working days upon verification.

4. Mode of Refund
- Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment within 7–10 business days.
