These terms govern the partnership between AdditCare (the “Company”) and healthcare service providers including hospitals, diagnostics labs, imaging centers, clinics, pharmacies, and wellness partners (the “Partner”).

1. Partner Obligations
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information on services, pricing, and availability.
- Deliver healthcare services with medical professionalism and legal compliance.
- Ensure timely appointments, report delivery, or other promised deliverables.
- Comply with local laws, regulations, and data protection norms (e.g. HIPAA, IT Act, 2000).

2. AdditCare’s Responsibilities
- Promote partner services on AdditCare platforms.
- Facilitate digital appointment bookings, payments, and loyalty integration.
- Ensure timely communication between users and partners.

3. Payment & Commission
- All payments collected from users via AdditCare will be settled with partners after deduction of agreed platform commission or fee.
- Settlement cycle: Bi-weekly/monthly, subject to reconciliation.

4. Data Use & Confidentiality
- Partner data shall only be used for operational purposes.
- All patient data must be treated confidentially, complying with privacy norms.

5. Termination
- Either party may terminate this agreement with 15 days’ notice.
- In case of service quality complaints, fraud, or legal non-compliance, AdditCare reserves the right to delist the partner without notice.

6. Indemnity & Liability
- Partners shall indemnify AdditCare against any legal or financial liabilities arising due to negligence or malpractice in service delivery.
- AdditCare is not responsible for medical outcomes.

7. Dispute Resolution
- Disputes shall be resolved amicably or through arbitration under Indian Arbitration laws.

8. Jurisdiction
- All legal proceedings will fall under the jurisdiction of Gurugram.
